** Special Events/Holidays include: New Years, Boat Show Week, Memorial Day weekend, Easter, Passover, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving weekend, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Christmas.

. Must be at least 21 years of age to Check-In.
. Valid picture identification and Security Deposit of $200.00 is required on a major credit card in order to check-in.
. Rates do not include 13% Room Tax.
. This hotel has a smoke-free policy.
. Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
. Reservations must be paid in advance.
. Reservations which do not have sufficient funds for the full payment on the credit card provided to guarantee the booking, may be cancelled without prior notice to guest.
